Ready for some season’s eatings? 
Several Fort Collins area restaurants are staying open this Christmas, with a few even offering special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals. 
Make your holiday dining plans with this handy list of local options.
The Emporium: An American Brasserie 
Whether you’re looking for a spot for Christmas brunch or a cozy haven for Christmas dinner, The Emporium: An American Brasserie has options. Open Christmas Day, the Walnut Street restaurant will serve brunch from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 4-10 p.m. The Emporium’s Christmas Day dinner will be a special four-course prix-fixe menu, costing $65 per person with an optional additional wine pairing available for $25. Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar
While closed on Christmas Day, Old Town Fort Collins’ Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar will be open for its annual « Feast of Seven Fishes » meal on Christmas Eve. The Stanley Hotel 
Head over to Estes Park this Christmas Eve or Christmas Day for special holiday meals at the historic Stanley Hotel. The hotel’s restaurant, Cascades, recently released its holiday menu, boasting a three-course plated dinner that costs $95 per adult and $25 per child. Bawarchi Biryani Point, 1611 S. College Ave. 
This South Indian spot will remain open for its regular hours, 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Chopstickers, 1335 W. Elizabeth St., Suite 135
New to Campus West this year, Chopstickers will be open for its first Christmas in Fort Collins from 11 a.m to 10:30 p.m.
Denny’s, 420 Centro Way
Feeling like a fluffy stack of pancakes this Christmas? Denny’s will be open 24 hours, like always, for the holiday.   
East Moon Asian Bistro, 1624 S. Lemay Ave.
East Moon Asian Bistro will be open its normal hours, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Ever Open Cafe, 1422 N. College Ave.
While it’s not always open, this storied north Fort Collins diner will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., its regular hours.
Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse, 1051 W. Horsetooth Road
Dinner and a show? Watch Japanese chefs cook in front of you at this Fort Collins hibachi and sushi spot, which will stay open from noon to 9 p.m. both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Reservations are recommended and can be made online at hibachifoco.com or by calling 970-377-0812.
IHOP, 1502 Oakridge Drive
Looking for a classic breakfast or brinner meal this Christmas? This national diner chain will be open 24 hours Christmas Day.

This 24/7 national diner chain will be open 24 hours, like always.
