Thousands of people head to Christmas markets across the country, hoping to buy Christmas gifts and try some incredible food.
The iconic Winchester Cathedral Christmas Market opens on Friday (November 19) and will feature over 100 stalls.

Set under the historic landmark, the market draws thousands of visitors each year and is recognised as one of the best events in Europe.
Alongside the unique Christmas gifts and main stage entertainment, there will be plenty of food and drink on offer.
The market will be open daily from 10.00am, until 6.30pm Sunday to Wednesday and 8.00pm Thursday to Saturday, until December 22.

The Christmas Market will be open daily from 10.00am, until 6.30pm Sunday to Wednesday and 8.00pm Thursday to Saturday. Admission to the market is free.
